Sale Items:
Please note that products purchased at a discounted price, marked as "sale items," are not eligible for a 100% refund. We offer refunds on sale items only under specific circumstances, such as if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. However, partial refunds or store credits may be considered at our discretion.

14-Day Return Policy:
Petite Étoile operates under a 14-day return policy, commencing from the date of item receipt. To initiate a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must accompany the return request.

Return Process:
To request a return, please contact us. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
We urge customers to thoroughly inspect their orders upon receipt. Should you identify any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and hazardous materials. Please contact us for clarification if you have concerns regarding the return eligibility of a specific item.

Exchanges:
For a prompt exchange, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a separate order for the desired replacement. Once your return is processed and approved, you may proceed with a new purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
Customers residing within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing for the cancellation or return of their order without justification. The conditions for return mirror those outlined in our general return policy.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that digital upsells and shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, your bank or credit card provider may require extra time to process and post the refund to your account.
